To craft the unique blends for Dough, our winemakers make several distinct blends of each varietal — experimenting with vintage, vineyard and varietal — searching for the one that pairs best with food, and who’s aromas and flavors are striking just the right chord. From there, Heidi and her team return to the cellar to compose the final food-friendly, future-friendly blend.
